Any engineering project, software development scope, SLA, or custom deployment is governed by a separate, signed **Service Level Agreement (SLA)** or **Master Services Agreement (MSA)** between Mobyte and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate signed contract, all source code, assets, content, design elements, SVG graphics, logos, and custom scripts on this website are the property of Mobyte PTY LTD and are protected by applicable South African and international intellectual property laws.
